Si han pasado 7 d\u00edas desde su compra, no podemos ofrecerle un reembolso completo o cambio.<\/p>\n<p>Para ser elegible para una devoluci\u00f3n, su art\u00edculo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibi\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n debe estar en el embalaje original.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Reembolsos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Una vez que se reciba e inspeccione su devoluci\u00f3n, le enviaremos un correo electr\u00f3nico para notificarle que hemos recibido su art\u00edculo devuelto. Tambi\u00e9n le notificaremos la aprobaci\u00f3n o rechazo de su reembolso.<\/p>\n<p>Si se aprueba, se procesar\u00e1 su reembolso y se aplicar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente un cr\u00e9dito a su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito o m\u00e9todo de pago original, dentro de una cierta cantidad de d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Si se ha equivocado de producto y va a comprar otro, se podr\u00e1 devolver la diferencia mediante un cup\u00f3n personalizado de compra.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Reembolsos atrasados o perdidos<\/p>\n<p>Si a\u00fan no ha recibido un reembolso, primero verifique su cuenta bancaria nuevamente.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, comun\u00edquese con la compa\u00f1\u00eda de su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, puede tomar alg\u00fan tiempo antes de que se publique oficialmente su reembolso.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con su banco. Los gastos de env\u00edo no son reembolsables.
